Section 1: Big Wins / Open Loops
What were the Big Wins for the week? (Should any of these change an existing system or process)
Big Wins:
Something done where a disaster was diverted.
Something done that made a large or lasting effect.
Something that took great effort. (Mental problem solving, heavy coordination, deep thinking, or even physical)
Share the Big Wins with the team.
Were there any Open Loops that didn't get closed? This would include any "Thank You's" and Congratulations.
During the week we practiced saying No to the interruption and Yes to the individual. Is there a "Follow-Up" needed from this practice?
Section 2: Next Actions / Move Unfinished Tasks
Go through the daily High Impact Task's to make sure there is no Next Step missed, or if a Follow-Up is needed. Move any unfinished tasks to the next weeks planner or 30/60/90 day.
Drill down to detailed challenges, tasks or projects to close any mental open loops.
What does “done” look like?
Was there something that needed to happen before I could accomplish this task?
Section 3: Getting Granular
ASK THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS AT THE END OF THE WEEK:
These are the same questions from the start of the week, however we ask them in past tense
